This site is operated by Spasic Enterprises. By using the site and submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What this site is
This is a marketing site for a custom AI automation service. The forms let you request a free automation audit or get in touch. Submitting a form is a request — it does not create a contract or guarantee that we will take on your project.
Quotes and pricing
Any prices shown on this site (for example the $149/mo and $299/mo website plans, the $500/mo Partner plan, and the $1,500 or $4,500 one-time builds) are starting points to set expectations. The actual scope, price, and timeline for your project are confirmed in writing before any work begins. Nothing here is a binding offer until we both agree in writing.
Refunds and cancellations
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, one-time builds are paid half as a deposit and half on handover, and anything digital you buy from us — a book or a course — comes with a 7-day money-back promise. The full terms, in plain English, are on our Refunds & Cancellations page.
Your responsibilities
Please give us accurate information when you contact us, and only submit details you’re authorized to share. Don’t use the forms to send unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
Ownership of your work
On one-time builds, you own what we build for you — the code, the accounts, and the data — as set out in your agreement. On monthly plans, we host and maintain the site for you while you subscribe; your domain, your content, and your data are always yours, including after cancellation. These site terms don’t change that.
No warranty on the site
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the site itself.
Changes
